HFCRD Board of Trustees Approve 2022/2023 School Calendars

At the April 20, 2022 Regular Board Meeting, the Holy Family Catholic Regional Division (HFCRD) Board of Trustees approved the 2022/23 School Calendars.  Decisions regarding the school calendars were made to best meet student learning needs, as well as the needs of families and communities.  Due to the transportation constraints of having HFCRD transportation being provided by three neighbouring school divisions, multiple calendars are needed.

Start Up Dates

First Day for Staff August 25.

First Day for Students Tuesday August 30.

 

Divisional Days

May 12 – Faith Day

August 26 – Staff Meeting/Mass/BBQ

 

Christmas Breaks

All schools aligned with the school calendars of their neighbouring school divisions due to bussing requirements.

December 23- January 6  (North End Schools, St. Stephens School)

 

Easter/Spring Breaks

All schools aligned with the school calendars of their neighbouring school divisions due to bussing requirements.

April 7-14  North End Schools, St. Andrew’s School, Ecole Providence School

 

Last Days of School

June 23 Last Day K-9 Students

June 27 Last Day Grades 10-12 Students

June 28 Last Day for Staff
